Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the Roman shades in their original shipping box, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation guides are included.
Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
